Gramin Valley - Salesman Program: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Gramin Valley Salesman Program. By joining or using the Salesman platform on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

• Any individual who purchases a product worth ₹700 or more from the Gramin Valley website becomes eligible to join as a Salesman.

2. Duties & Responsibilities

• Salesmen are encouraged to share and introduce Gramin Valley products within their personal networks or across public platforms.
• Salesmen have the flexibility to offer personal discounts from their earned incentives to attract customers.

3. Prohibited Activities & Misuse of Platform

• The platform, tools, and links provided by Gramin Valley must not be misused under any circumstances.
• Engaging in misleading business practices, making false promises to customers, fraud, or any actions that damage the reputation and integrity of Gramin Valley are strictly prohibited.

4. Payout Reversal Policy

• If a Salesman is found conducting business through misleading methods, fraudulent activities, or misusing the provided platform, Gramin Valley reserves the absolute right to reverse the payout amount related to such transactions or freeze the respective incentive balance. The Salesman shall have no legal claim against this action.

5. Payout Terms

• Once a Salesman’s accumulated incentive reaches above ₹1,000, a payout request can be initiated. Gramin Valley will transfer the amount to the registered bank account within 24 hours of the request and update the transaction details on the dashboard.

6. Termination

• Gramin Valley reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Salesman account immediately without prior notice if found violating these terms and conditions or engaging in misconduct.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Gramin Valley Salesman Program shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Aluva

ഗ്രാമീൺ വാലി (Gramin Valley) സെയിൽസ്മാൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിലേക്ക് സ്വാഗതം. ഞങ്ങളുടെ വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും സെയിൽസ്മാൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിൽ ചേരുന്നതോ ഇതിന്റെ സേവനങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതോ ആയ ഏതൊരു വ്യക്തിയും താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിധേയരായിരിക്കാൻ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നു. പ്രോഗ്രാമിൽ ജോയിൻ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് ദയവായി ഇവ ശ്രദ്ധാപൂർവ്വം വായിക്കുക.

1. യോഗ്യത (Eligibility)

• ഗ്രാമീൺ വാലി വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും 700 രൂപയോ അതിൽ കൂടുതലോ വിലയുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പ്രൊഡക്റ്റ് പർച്ചേസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന വ്യക്തിക്ക് മാത്രമേ സെയിൽസ്മാനായി ജോയിൻ ചെയ്യാൻ യോഗ്യതയുള്ളൂ.

2. സെയിൽസ്മാന്റെ ജോലികളും ഉത്തരവാദിത്തങ്ങളും (Duties & Responsibilities)

• സെയിൽസ്മാൻമാർ ഗ്രാമീൺ വാലിയുടെ പ്രൊഡക്റ്റുകൾ സ്വന്തം സൗഹൃദവലയത്തിലോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പബ്ലിക് പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോമുകളിലോ ഷെയർ ചെയ്യുകയും പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യാം.
• ഇൻസെന്റീവിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പേഴ്സണൽ ഡിസ്കൗണ്ടുകൾ കസ്റ്റമർമാർക്ക് നൽകി ബിസിനസ്സ് വളർത്താനുള്ള സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം സെയിൽസ്മാനുണ്ട്.

3. പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോമിന്റെ ദുരുപയോഗവും തെറ്റായ രീതികളും (Prohibited Activities & Misuse of Platform)

• ഗ്രാമീൺ വാലി നൽകുന്ന പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോമോ ലിങ്കുകളോ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല.
• ഏതെങ്കിലും സെയിൽസ്മാൻ ഉപഭോക്താക്കളെ തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിലോ (Misleading), വ്യാജ വാഗ്ദാനങ്ങൾ നൽകിയോ, ചതിയിലൂടെയോ ബിസിനസ്സ് നടത്തുകയോ കമ്പനിയുടെ പേരിന് കളങ്കം വരുത്തുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ അത് കർശനമായി നിരോധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

4. പേഔട്ട് റിവേഴ്സൽ (Payout Reversal Policy)

• ഏതെങ്കിലും സെയിൽസ്മാൻ തെറ്റായതോ വഞ്ചനാപരമായോ ഉള്ള മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങളിലൂടെ സെയിൽസ് നടത്തുകയോ പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോം ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ, അതുവഴി ലഭിച്ചതോ അല്ലാത്തതോ ആയ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട തുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആ സെയിലിന്റെ പേഔട്ട് എമൗണ്ടോ ഗ്രാമീൺ വാലി പൂർണ്ണമായും തിരിച്ചുപിടിക്കുന്നതും (Payout Reversal) അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ നിന്ന് മരവിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ഇതിനെതിരെ സെയിൽസ്മാന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിക്കാൻ കഴിയாது.

5. പേഔട്ട് വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ (Payout Terms)

• സെയിൽസ്മാന്റെ ഇൻസെന്റീവ് തുക 1,000 രൂപയ്ക്ക് മുകളിൽ ആകുമ്പോൾ പേഔട്ട് റിക്വസ്റ്റ് നൽകാവുന്നതാണ്. റിക്വസ്റ്റ് ലഭിച്ച് 24 മണിക്കൂറിനകം ഗ്രാമീൺ വാലി തുക ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്ക് അയച്ചു നൽകുന്നതും, ട്രാൻസാക്ഷൻ ഐഡി ഡാഷ്‌ബോർഡിൽ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതുമാണ്.

6. അക്കൗണ്ട് റദ്ദാക്കൽ (Termination)

• ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയോ കമ്പനിയുടെ നയങ്ങൾക്ക് എതിരായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്ന സെയിൽസ്മാൻമാരുടെ അക്കൗണ്ടും സെയിൽസ്മാൻ പദവിയും യാതൊരു മുൻകൂട്ടി അറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കാനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഗ്രാമീൺ വാലിയിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

7. നിയമപരമായ അധികാരപരിധി (Jurisdiction)

• ഈ നിബന്ധനകളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടോ ഗ്രാമീൺ വാലി സെയിൽസ്മാൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടോ എന്തെങ്കിലും തർക്കങ്ങളോ നിയമനടപടികളോ ഉണ്ടായാൽ, അവയുടെ പൂർണ്ണമായ അധികാരപരിധി ആലുവ കോടതിയുടെ പരിധിയിൽ മാത്രമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
