• Thickening Agent: Fine maize powder is excellent for thickening soups, stews, and sauces. It creates a smooth texture without the "flour" taste of wheat.

• Coatings: Use it as a breading for frying fish, chicken, or vegetables like okra. It provides a much crunchier exterior than standard wheat flour.
